Not being able to hang up the phone means that there are parts in the phone not wired properly. As I said before dial has to be wired for dial tone first based on type A,B,Or C, chassis has to be wired for DTF. These parts generally don't go bad. Your wiring is probably wrong. I will look around there is a document on this.

OK, I have a diagram for a 1C2 or 2C2 coin set using a 70 type dial. Do you want wiring info for dial, and hook switch, let me know. I'd be happy to post it for you... Ken
I can also give you wiring for the chassis, totalizer of anything else.
