I worked from the post here http://www.classicrotaryphones.com/forum/index.php?topic=21637.msg261640#msg261640
Which had a 600DPI scan of this and re-generated the lines , letters and and numbers. It's not perfect I can get very close to matching the letters font but the numbers do not seem to match any font I looked at. So, I used what I had.

As in a previous post, you can change the color of the RED by modifying brightness contrast hue and saturation in your preferred Paint app. Print at 600 dpi

Ok, here we go again so I made sure that these files actually hold the 600dpi info to tell software how big to print and added a red version with no "OPERATOR" as I understand many Canadian dials were
