Dial cards on Signal Corps TP-6-As

Just out of curiosity, what sort of dial card would be most appropriate for a North Electric manufactured TP-6-A?  Would it have a North logo card, or an AE one since it has an AE type dial, or is there yet another design that was used? Would a TP-6-A manufactured by Connecticut Electric have a similar card?

It seems that most of the TP-6-A stuff I encounter the phones have had the dial center removed or lost, so I'm kind of curious.

I suspect that most of the Signal Corps phones in service had dial center cards which were specific to the department or facility in which they were used.
