Where can I get a modular plug like these?

These look kinda funny, but they look they may be pretty good for connecting a phone with no plug on the line cord without damaging the cord. Is this true, and where can I get them if so?

I don't like either style.
the top style won't damage the spades. The bottom style does, (you have to bend them over to fit on the cover. The top style is a nuisance to wire.

I like to connect a suface jack to the line cord for an adaptor. Then you can use a standard mod cord to connect to the wall.

Another option if you don't have a line cord is a HW-to-mod cord. These are usually silver-satin.

The Phoneco plug can be found here:

Scroll down, left side, part #212.  I have used these many, many times on refurbished phones.  They're not "original" like a 4 prong plug, but they work.  They are ugly but usually the plug isn't seen anyway.

That one is reasonable. It doesn't damage anything, and it looks easy to install.

Thanks! I'll certainly consider it next time I have budget for parts. This week it's all about the gas money. ;D
