I've already mowed the lawn about 4 times.  My main flowers will come on soon.  They are on this big cactus in the yard.  The blossoms are coming on and I have had to remove most of it's "pears" so they are not struck by the string trimmer.  I have to periodically trim off lobes that get in the mowing path and makes limbs too heavy.  I use the weapons shown to do the job.  The spines are sharp and like broken glass fibers.  The flowers are beautiful if not fragrant.

The cactus started it's blooms a couple of days ago, but they have been too high to get a good picture.  I finally got this one.  No scent, but they are beautiful to look at nonetheless.
