Nope, I hooked it up to my house 634 and it works great except that no one can hear me.

Just to be sure, take the D1 off the subset and jump the green wire to the the yellow connection on the end of the terminal and connect directly to dial tone. See if you transmit....Doug

I just replaced the transmitter with an F-1 from another phone.  It worked fine, now I need to get a replacement kit from Steve Hilz.
