I don't quite know what to make of this telephone.  Is this for real, or just a $20 phone someone is trying to pawn off as a $3500 collectible?

I don't know about proper value, but it seems legit.   It's certainly Kellogg based, with silver covers or replacements.  Metal looks authentic as silver. The description by the seller sounds consistent.
