It will cost you a princess, though. I suppose a Genie would work too.

Nice article:

Probably Paul :) but i don't have a crosley in my collection. So I don't know nothing about this brand

FRENCH : Probablement Paul mais je n'ai pas de Crosley dans ma collection. Alors je ne sais rien de cette marque.

Hey, this is not a bad idea, I have an ol' junker princess and a toy like this, I think I might actually attempt this!

I hope I do, I am very lazy so it might be a little while, as I need to finish a project or two before!

It's the man's prerogative, we say we'll do things, and often we take a long time to do what we say... ;D

Matilo Telephones

Yes, I'm working on a project now for which I've have acquired the parts years ago.
First give it a good thought. A very good thought. Then think again. Take a good look, change your mind, think again. And go do something else. Etc.  :o

One of the things I did that took a long time to finish was making a custom LNB bracket for my BSB minidish (some of the elder brits here may remember BSB (British Satellite Broadcasting) and their Squarials, they also had small dishes for when they hadn't got enough stock of the squarials available), so I could fit a modern LNB in place of the old stock Circularly polarised LNB, all I had to do was take a piece of a heatsink out of a blown computer power supply, cut it to shape, drill holes and spray it black, I started in 2006 with cutting it out, drilled the holes and test-mounted it in 2011, and I've still yet to spray it black, maybe that'll be for 2014, then it'll be truly finished... ;D

It's like british rail of old, slow, unreliable, but it'll get there eventually... :P

Cool idea, I think a red cloth cord would look better than that coiled one.

That´s a good point. Yes, that would definitely look more toyey.

Our FP telephone has a blue cord, by the way.
