Payphone installer

I do not think that this takes a standard payphone dial shroud,I think it and the ring are different. I know some took the standard shroud and 56A cup and others did not. Do you have the proper shroud and number ring? And I am assuming you are looking for the 6S to fit in the shroud housing. I may have these parts but you need to know what it takes I think that the holes for the shroud will only take the odd ball one on your phone but not sure

I'm not sure how the 56A (for 191G, etc. pay phones) and 56B (for 525B) differ.  Both take a 147B number plate held on by "acorn" nuts or hex nuts. (Looking at both a 56A and 56B, I don't see any difference other than the nuts.)

The later 63A shroud for 233G, etc. won't fit. It has 158-B # plate.

There are plenty of 6T and 6U dials available from Design Line phones. They have the same contacts as the 6S. Also, the F-56661 (chrome) and F-56662 (gold) dials.

If this helps to determine the size of the opening for the dial, Here is how a we500 dial fits...perfectly.

It just drops in with perfection.
