AE 40 ring problem

Well I opened the AE40 up and this is what I found . The dial wouldn't return at all. I got that fixed. Works great now. The crack doesn't seem so bad. The housing is still very sturdy in the crack location. But then I realized I have no idea what I am doing to get this to ring.

Outside the phone
I have the original wall cord on it and it has 3 wires ....
                                                    Brown
                                                    Brown with green
                                                    Brown with orange
I am not sure which way these hook up to the wall block. I currently have the Brown with green and the brown hooked up to red on the wall block and the brown with orange hooked up to the green on the wall block

Inside the phone
I moved the green from the ringer to L2 . I am not even sure if that was right.

I now have dial tone and can dial out to the pbx.  Just no ring, Not even a vibrate
What do I do next?

Thanks

I think someone disconnected the ringer. It's all in there and the wiring for this phone is very simple.

Nevermind!!  I feel really stupid now. The ringer coil wires were unhooked, taped off and tucked away neatly. I assumed that was the wire routing. Hooked them up and bingo.

Thanks for the wiring diagram and yes I have the same one.
