Early Feet on The 500 ?

Based on the shape of the footpads, the location of the alignment dimples and the nut on the inside, I believe these will turn out to be riveted footpads that someone removed and did not know how to re-rivet.  The alternate was to use a 1/4"x8-32 screw and a nut. 

If that is the case be careful putting this phone on good furniture.  Unless the heads of the screws were filed flat, they will scratch any wooden surface.

After looking at the auction photos, I agree with Dennis and Paul, this is not original. As far as I know Galion are the only feet with screws through the foot and a nut on the inside, and they are not Galion feet. Galion feet are similar in shape, but much thicker.  I retract my statement that early 500 sets may have had screwed on feet, I'm convinced they did not.
