OK, here's another unknown (to me) unit.
It's up for sale in my local marketplace. 

Sure looks like a fairly insecure COCOT.
Does anyone here have any details?

interesting: "Do not deposit coin until called party answers." &  "Use quarters only."

Seems like a very, VERY basic machine.
