Not exactly. With a 315H you have a "Local Battery" setup (i.e., battery AND hand generator), not "Local Battery Talk, Common Battery Signaling (no generator)."

The D5 is needed only for Local Battery Talk, Common Battery Signaling with an anti-sidetone subset such as a 684A. But for other circuits where only a D1 is needed, such as with a 315H, a D5 can be used instead of a D1 by ignoring the extra contacts.

So it is a 206A used as a 102A.
