Does anyone have a 27C Masterphone handset which you might be willing to part with? I can glue this one, but would rather completely replace it with an unbroken one.

I have a spare one with no breaks, but the bakelite is somewhat rough and not very black.  With some sanding and blackening, it could look good.

When Don gave me the phone, it had a note attached stating its origin. The thick layer of dust and dirt which had gathered in 50+ years of use had a  few minute flecks of gold (very small - no nuggets :-), so combined, it is the best proof I can give. At the very least, it proves it came from a gold rich environment, and differentiates it from other similar phones. Due to my interest in it, it will never be for sale.
