Great looking! That would be a fun truck to have!  Serious price!!!

In the late '60s / early '70s I worked for a used car lot (converted gas station near Laurel, MD) that purchased used telephone company Ford Econolines and resold them (mostly to the hippies of the day).

The first thing we had to do was pull out all the telephone company cabinetry and then run the front end up on some ramps and hose the van out.

A lot of these trucks had high mileage, but most of them ran for a long time after we sold them and we had folks coming by months and months later just to say Hi to those long haired hippies who sold the van to them.

Seems a little high.  I think the Bell SysteFord 1/2 ton fully stocked only went for $5000 or so.  Is this the funky restored truck that someone was offering on TCI list a while back?

Don't know if this is the truck that started this topic (the posted links to Kijiji and YouTube are dead) so we can dream looking at this eye candy spotted at a car/truck show at an unknown location and time.
