 ;) I need one and it did not cost much on eBay, so I had to try.

The unit comes with an instruction leaflet in something I guess is Chinese. 

Just google, and you find one or to in English.

Whats not in the ad: it may use pulse dialing, whats wrong in the ad: The voice message is 10, not 20 seconds, but that is OK

How ever you set it up, it will keep on dialing and sending message as long as the input is trigged.  OK to know.

It is just called 911 I guess, you can program the number it dials to. Over here the police would be on your porch looking for you real quick if you set up something to automatically call 911! This would be good if you had just been murdered but would be bad if you hadn't been!

Same here, it's illegal to have an auto-dialler set to call 999 (the emergency services number in the UK), which will have them telling you off quite seriously for doing so... :)
