FOR SALE:  WESTERN ELECTRIC 22 CANDLESTICK

The PONY receiver is in excellent condition and it has "WESTERN ELECTRIC COMPANY 70" stamped on the cap.

7 Digit transmitter faceplate

Hershey Kiss Perch (unmarked)

The original WESTERN ELECTRIC mouthpiece has a Starred center.

The base plate is metal and it has been covered with green felt.

Phone has new green receiver and line cord.  Line cord has 3 conductors with spade ends but no plug.....Untested.

 * Tested transmitter and receiver individually on a digital tester and both components are in working condition

The Nickel Plate is FLAWLESS

In case you don't know, these phones are not supposed to be plugged into a jack, they are supposed to be connected to a subset.  That SUBSET goes to the jack.  Never hotwire these to work without a subset, as using that way can demagnetize the receiver, and also results in loud clicks and snaps in your ear.

Thanks Mike, I use subsets with all of my working candlesticks. This 22 has been in my collection and siting on a shelf for the past 6 years and I don't keep subsets with my display phones. My no plug comment was just a brain slip.
