143 vs 144 receivers.

I don't know if this was covered before.
We know that the two are made of different materials and they are slightly different shapes.
What do the insides look like?
I have two similar looking receiver innards, one is black(marked 75Z) and the other is unpainted and has bigger screws (marked 70Z).  The diaphragm end of  the black one fits in the receiver caps of both types, while the unpainted one won't fit in the 143 receiver cap as it seem very slightly bigger, but it sits comfortably in the 144 cap.

I think the black inserts are pressed together and are usually in the hard rubber (144?) shells
The silver colored inserts are separate parts .I think they were used in the composition (143?) shells
