Can anyone ID this oilcan listed on EBay as #291098192110 that looks like a SC

Hi Guy,
Can anyone help ID this new listing  on EBay. It appears to be a Stromberg Carlson oilcan . However there should be a late embossed transmitter face but we have a smooth face with just a serial number. Also looks like someone swithched out the brass bottomed receiver for a AE ?

It looks like the person doing the restoring did not have all the parts to complete it.
