Found at Goodwill. WECO 410 marked on the bottom 410-AC-3 and dated 12-1954. Very clean with no cracks. 5H dial operates smoothly.

That phone should clean up nicely. Do you know if it wired for two lines or ringer cutoff?

It's wired for two lines. I agree it should clean up nicely. Now to find a number card for it. Can someone post a photo of one like would be used on this one? Thanks.

The 410 with the two line dial card is mine. If you like, I can make a high resolution scan of it and post it here, and you can print out your own on heavy cardstock.
