New forum members are very welcome and encouraged to take a guess. After all, there are no wrong guesses, just one lucky one. No one knows the winning bid on any auction until it ends. However, it is important to get your guess in before someone else grabs your guess.

Listed about 1 hour ago in a 10 day auction with no reserve starting at $2.00 is a somewhat restored Kellogg Wall phone. The interior looks complete and original while the outside seems to have been nicely refinished or renewed in some way. The seller provided external and internal photos and within the first hour hour of being listed, the phone attracted 1 bidders. Is this phone worth more than $2. I think so but how much more is the question. So, who best knows what this item will sell for when the auction ends?

NOTE:  We will use a $2 gap rule between guesses to prevent crowding. As such, keep your guess at least $2 away from prior guesses for this contest. All guesses, original and a single allowed revised guess if needed, must be submitted at least 24 hours before the auction ends.

The seller listed it as an "1899 Antique Oak Kellogg Crank wall Telephone " with the item condition as "Used" and " - - - " and with the auction listing description saying simply "This is a Nice old Kellogg Oak wall phone It has the Date of 1899 on the front of the two shelves. Not for sure what is missing out of this phone looks to have a lot of the original parts . I do not see any Damage to the wood no cracks . 26" tall 9 1/4 wide 14" deep , 12" deep with the shelf . No damage to ear or mouth piece . This phone is heavy ."
