Does anybody have good scans of early GPO number cards?

I have been looking for scans of GPO (British) number cards for a couple of 1930s telephones.

http://www.telephonearchive.com doesn't have copies of the GPO number cards in high enough resolution to print.

Does anybody here have anything?

Hi SUnset 2,
Photo of a reproduction but genuine-style GPO card from vintagetelephony.co.uk. Not sure of the date of this style but would guess 1930s to 50s.

I also have a cheese drawer info card ...could post if you need.

Thank you David for the scan of the card. That will work well.

One is a type 150 candlestick, and the other is a 162 with attached bellset. The dials have the larger number card holders, but would look wrong with later style cards.

Couple of images added below. They will need resizing for printing.
