Every time Janet and I go to a flea market or a yard sale I say, "they are going to have my Manual A1." She must of got tired of me saying it, with the help of Paul F, I am now the proud owner of my own Manual WE A1.  Now I know why Jan thought we should sell the Gold AE1A, She was planning on getting me #1 on my want list.

I was surprised with it at my daughter's house last night. Totally unexpected.  I have to clean it up and get a seamless E1 on it. Cords are perfect. It has a few paint chips, but is just what I wanted.

I think I'll keep her.  What a wife  ;D ......Doug

Looks GREAT, Doug!

The early E1 with 9-line ID on the handle is wonderful.

Janet did a great job of keeping the "secret" for the weeks she spent researching and finding the phone.

So, what's your new #1?
