Kinda Blue 500 set

Anyone watch this auction. It was low until the final 8 seconds and went from $38 to $180. Shell and handset looked great. I bid too low at 107.77...Doug

Two things stick out.
one right between the 2 and 3 on the dial it appears to be a bubble in the dial. Could this be a sticker printed to mimic the dial to facilitate the color. Two the ringer volume control area looks very odd.
What is the color suppose to be. Is it Mediterranean Blue  ?

591 sets were shipped with no ringers so a tuned ringer could be installed for party lines. Base looks NE.I think the dial face might have a scratch
