Not to be a wet blanket, but be careful of building any of the circuits in the Evil Genius book. I've paged through it, and there are a depressing number of errors. The projects themselves are fine, and the errors are generally not catastrophic - but the circuit won't work. If you built one and checked it out thoroughly, and it just won't work, contact one of the engineers on the group (of which I am one) for a quick verification of the instructions.

Found this while reading around on here. These are really good for people who are more or less clueless as myself when it comes to the technical side of the hobby.
