Leich DIAL Candlestick Phone? Other American Manufacturers?

Hello, everyone!

I was just wondering if anyone knows if Leich Electric produced a DIAL candlestick phone?

Also, I know that Western Electric, Automatic Electric, Stromberg-Carlson, and Kellogg produced dial candlesticks, but did any other U.S.A.-made brands produce one (pre-1940-ish)?
