I have acquired a phone from a wall of a old general store.  It is a touch tone phone, but it is locked and I want to wire it up possibly get it working again.  Vault door is unlocked, opens.  I have a T-key but I don't want to have to pay money on a locksmith and I don't where the past history of the phone is.  I want to do what this user did on his phone but I am asking if this can work on my payphone, after all his is a rotary mines is a touch tone.   http://www.classicrotaryphones.com/forum/index.php?topic=10065.0  It seems easy enough, but wanted to know if anybody had any succes, and what levers do I cut?

I apologize if this isn't enough photos, I only took one when I brought it home, but I am on vacation so sorry if my responses take forever.  Even if this can work on my pay phone where do I cut, I have a arrow do I cut the black or white or just both?
