Carlson~Stromberg dial mechanism help needed

I'm working on my old CS 1243WA. I have the dial mechanism removed and also the fingerwheel and dial plate. I need to clean the gears badly as they are full of dead bug parts, lots of dust, looks like it was sitting in somebody's attic or something. Is anybody familiar with disassembling this mechanism? I am not quite sure how to proceed. Oops, I almost forgot to mention, its an Automatic Electric dial.
I did spray it with some non lubricating electrical contact cleaner and its working better but still gets hung up on dialing #1 & #2
