Throw it in with some other item you have for sale as a bonus.

You have to remember that CRPF doesn't have a huge daily following so things can be slow to move unless the right person sees it. Also, there are lots of people who search CRPF without being a member and as such they have no way to contact you. I put my email address in all listings so a non member stumbling upon my For Sale listing can easily contact me if interested in one of my items.

No one here wants anything phone related going to the dump...you just haven't found someone who wants it yet. No harm in leaving it available for an extended time period.

They used the same sort of selector relay on early car "radio" telephones.
