I ran across this eBay auction – NOT mine and I am NOT bidding on it

WESTERN ELECTRIC CARD DIALER TELEPHONE NJS 272 L1
http://www.ebay.com/itm/350707908621

I cannot find any information about this card dialer.

It looks like a 2663 version (equipped with headset jack) but the headset jack is horizontal and not vertical as shown in the BSP  502-660-121. Also, if it was a 2663 with headset jack it is missing the on/off button on the left.

The stamp on the bottom say NJS 272 L1. Could it be a military version?

The seller was asked what the button on the right is but he does not know.

Does anybody know about the makings on the bottom?

I saw this listing yesterday and do not know what it is.  It might be a special WE project or possibly a Frankenphone.  It is certainly interesting.

edit -- It's obviously not a 2663 or any other standard Card Dialer I have seen.
