You know what I find very neat about that phone.
Is the fact that you can spray paint it any color you want, and not have to worry about color bleeding through the paint, revealing the black underneath.

Am I the only one that sees the value of that point

I agree, first thing I'd do is get out the Krylon and give that sucker a good coat of purple.  Nothing finer than a purple phone, and I'd paint all the insides as well to protect them.

It is amazing she picked this up at a yard sale originally. I can't wait until april, when the sales start up again. I am still kicking myself for not getting a ladies "country blue" (mediterranean) WE 500 for $25 last year. I just didn't know what I had @ the time

Ray has spoken about this phone.  He said.........." My Creations have NO turn-key boss/blank cast into the lower left-hand corner of the case like the "Real-Originals"....and posted a couple of photos.

That's the little round thing on the left-hand corner......Photo #1 is the real thing, photo #2 is Ray's.

He did that intentionally so that his creation could not later be passed off as an original.
