Does anybody here use a MITEL SMART-1 CALL CONTROLLER

I have used one for years now, and has always struggled with the programming. Each time I read the manual and tries it is turning out better and better.  The main issue is to have a unit translating not so well tuned dials, and dtmf to pulse for my electromechanical PAX and from the PAX to DTMF on my home made trunk. No my PAX has become a pretty simple PABX 


If someone needs help programming that far, I can help, but when it comes to continue dialing when e.g. a machine in the other end asks me to dial 1 for sales 2 for administration etc it is finished and do not want dial anything, so here I need help
