GTE Automatic Electric 80 Fashion plate

I bought an GTE Automatic Electric model 80 Rotary desk phone on Ebay and the Fashion plate has a stain in the bottom and I wanted to find a new one online that I could print out to replace the damaged one. I was wondering if anyone here knows a website that I could print one from and also if someone has a Fashion plate they wouldn't mind scanning for me. I have attached a picture of what the Fashion plate looks like.

These show up on ebay from time to time.  The came in 10 or 12 different colors.  Years ago, when I worked I&R for GTE, I used to carry a folder on my truck with about 10 of these in every color.  That was a long time ago.

No need to post a picture , Mark , i was talking about the first picture up completely..I have a phone with the same card , but this phone has no quality at all . all gears are in plastic except the central wheel which retains the spring and the governor.
