AE 1959 Payphone?

So I found this phone and it has a date of 1959 on the back. A little beat up but a decent phone otherwise. Can anyone tell me about it? Is it missing parts? Value?

Has been updated with a more modern circuit board and a ringer added .Important parts are intact though. Do you have keys? . Like it is at least $100.00 .Should easly bring more than that though
