I have some pictures, and that is all.  Never seen one of these before.
The first pic is an "after" pic. I did put in a new line cord, and add new cotton web on the handset cord.
The phone works well.

On first look, I would guess BTMC.

Local battery,  A.C. signaling...

Is that handset similar to a Western Electric F1 handset?


PS:
