Comparison of AD2 & AD3 Trimline base term block

Dear CRPF:

Attached below are a pic showing an AD2 and a AD3 Trimline base and terminal boards, and the differences between them.

The WE Trimline base is a AD3 w/o terminals 1, 3, and the L2 terminal, and a two wire handset jack. "1" is the empty terminal space on the board between where the housing mounts up bythe switchhook.

It's configured to accept a LED lit dial handset.

The SC Slenderet AD2 has the L2, 1, and 3 terminals, and the 4 wire handset jack.

The "1" terminal is located at front center, above the capacitor.

Also note the lead clips to hold the wires dressed away from points where they could get pinched..

The WE term. board has its clip at approx. top center of the board, and SC A has their clips at the top corners of the board.

The board used in WE AD2's is similar to the AD3 board, but has the terminals absent on the AD3 board.
