I had a similar  set that I assembled with a 11 button dial dated 1960.The 11th button was marked "DIST" for long distance.I used a military chassis. This set did not work and was most likely stolen.I made the number card holder out of the line number off of a 440 set . I stamped 1960 for the number.I had a chance to buy a 1957 tone dial but it was missing most of the parts
