How do I attach images to posts on the forum website

OK, so you guys upgraded the software for this site.... where is the link to attach photos when posting a reply or just posting in general.... I wanted to share a photos in a reply and there was no link to add attachments....

In brief: There should be a text line
"Click or drag files here to attach them."
under the box where you type your message. Click on the text and select your picture that you have saved on your computer or phone.

And if that link is not there, as stated in a handful of prior "how to attach images" replies, click on "Preview" (next to the "Save" button on the lower right side of the text box) and the link to attach images will appear in the place noted in the attached image above.
