Well after looking at a friends MDF,  and looking at how mine was put together I figured id start fresh and build something new.    This will contain the Hybrid PBX,  my Gigabit ethernet switch, asterisk server and home media server,  along with my cable modem and router.   It also has room to expand.  Its a 19inch Wide rack.  Built out of 2x4s and 7/16 OSB.  If anyone wants the dimensions ill post them up.    Going to be using a Western electric terminal strip with 25 pair wire to interface it with the pbx and the lines in the house.  Total cost was about 20 dollars in Lumber from home depot,  and I still have lumber left over that I could build another one
