Question on two Foreign Telephones

I have a Thomspon-Houston Modele 1910 that all of most of the original finish is off. What would be the type of finish to use? Lacquer, Danish Oil?


Also I hve a Telegrafverket but I dont know the model number and would really like to know?

Any help would be appreciated.
