I picked up this Stark tube tester Model 9-11 for $14.00 CDN today.

I did plug it in and it does power up.

I recall going to Radio Shack with my step father to check tubes. I was amazed at the machine!

The charts are the set up instructions on how to set up the switches for the different type of tubes. Here is a pdf file of the manual for your tube tester:
