Albiswerk Phone Will Not Stop Ringing

I recently acquired an Albiswerk phone it seems to be in working order but when I plug it in the phone to the wall power outlet it will not stop ringing I am not sure why this is happening. If someone has any idea of why this is happening I would deeply appreciate your help. Personally I belive it has to do with how I connected the wires, so if anyone could explain how I should do it I would also appreciate that.

This will only be a guess, so a wiring diagram, or pictures from the inside of the phone may help:

My guess: 1The capacitor in series with the ringer is missing in the circuit. Combined with 2:dc ringer.
