Ok, I did it again. Something I said I wouldn't do! I bought another Telephone Booth. It came out of a Hotel in Montreal. It even has the french phone book with it. I got a real good deal on it from a Bell field manager. He has a house full of goodies and is getting ready to retire. The booth wasn't the only thing I bought, he also had a porcelain Bell sign which I now own. He also gave me an early New old stock Underground cable sign. He is going to do some more bundling for me, then let me know when I can come and collect it.

A building I used to maintain for years had one of those exact booths crammed next to some stairs. No phone, just a back plate. Was kinda nice to sit in and eat my lunch

Handsome booth!  They talk about "safe spaces" these days and remembering when I was growing up and calling home, it was like a little bit of home in those old wood booths.
