I would really like to get this phone back in service.  I've had it apart more than a few times and I'm guessing that printed part is the wiring diagram? If not does anyone happen to have one or perhaps information where I might read more into how to understand them?

it does have a line cord and I have plugged it in, but wasn't able to hear anything.
