Kellogg R.R. C/S and Couch C/S trans

I got this Kellogg off eBay, (I was the only bidder) I have never seen one of these before. As any one else have one ?  Yes this will become part of my collection.

I believe this is a Chouch C/S. Looking for the trans parts.  The one I have see look like WE, but the WE lug is to wide to fit.  Any one have or know what I need ?

Just an update.  Looking in my parts I found a lug that looks like the solid WE one, but it had 3 screws rather than 1.  It was the one need for the Couch C/S, it is .015 thinner that a WE.  I also found a Couch face plate, but it is .050 (1/16"=.062) smaller than a WE cup. So I still need a cup for the Couch. What kind of preach bolt is used on this C/S ?
