Please help identify correct hook for my candlestick

Hi there. Many thanks to those who have been helping me with my 20AL project, especially Poplar1 for the detailed responses. I have what appears to be a 20B that has been factory upgraded to a 20AL. It has the solid 2-piece perch and an insulated 3-contact switch. Does anyone have pictures of the correct hook for this combination? Also, any pictures showing how this hook was insulated would be great.
