$5,252.52 without a clue . . .

With so many entries to date, finding a number that fits the no crowding contest rule (#3) is as hard as coming up with a guess.

I didn't think it was possible but somehow we have the equivalent of "Insider Trading" happening right here on CRPF!

$5,252.52 - TelePlay -> WINNER - Final Selling Price $5,101.99

If anyone figures out how John did it, let me know so we can appropriately change the rules.

Nice guess John and nice job laying out and administering  the "Auction Contests".

Buyer is very happy, I wonder what his high bid was?

Seller is extremely happy as well.

Seller has zero feedback, which would make me extremely nervous! 5K is a lot of cash to risk. I know who the second highest bidder was and he is a long time collector. It is a beauty, but WAY out of my league. I am a bottom feeder  ::) ...Doug

Yeah, recently someone bought a videophone for more than 4 times that amount from a seller with no feedback! :)

But I agree, it would make me nervous as a buyer as well.

Understood...every one starts at zero feedback, then again I wouldn't pay 5K from a phone from my Mother and I kind trust her.  But no one is as Magical as Mo.... ya know....Doug
