Does anyone have or know where I can find a good scan of an instruction card used on a 3-slot payphone?  There's a payphone site that has many great examples but apparently won't sell them unless you buy a payphone from them.

Erikd:

Welcome to the forum.

Colin Chambers has lots of these that he has made up himself just for fun.  He may also know of someone who has real ones too.  If you are in it just to have a card on a 3-slot that's in a game room or something, then Colin's way is pretty good.  I am sure he would make one up that would say anything you want.

Here is his web site, and although he is registered on this forum, I don't think he checks in very often, but I do talk to him personally quite a bit.

Thanks for the quick reply and the welcome.  Years back I use to be a member of ATCA.  They had a listserve email type forum back then.  Not sure what they have now but this forum looks great!

Looks like the old phone guys got what I'm looking for!  Thanks for the link.

ATCA and TCI still have listserves.  Both are pretty active.  There is an entirely different flavor to the posts on those boards than here.

This is a great group, and I have only been here a few months;  But, then I guess this forum has only been here a few months too!

The ATCA listserve requires ATCA membership, whereas the TCI is an open listserve.

But then Bill has been here for more than a few months too. It's like a Time Machine!

Mark Stevens opened the doors on 09/03/2008.  McHeath and I joined the next day on 09/04/08.  The membership started to grow quickly after that.  It's hard to believe this fall it will be four years already since the first post was made.  But now we're off topic............

just to keep it off topic, I joined May 14, 2009.

I have enjoyed every last bit of time here.

This was scanned from an original found under the Telco card on my 3 Slot AECO phone (TOP). Print from the PDF file below, not from the picture. The PDF will pint out cleanly (not blocky) and the right size. Print on photo paper.

Below, and NE inst card.

Next, for your Centurion single slot:
