Converting a 302 base to a subset for a 102/202??

Hi Guys
I have a spare 302 base and a 102 and 202 that need subsets- I seem to remember there is a cover to convert the base??? Any ideas on a source and where I would find instructions??

The cover comes from Ray Kotke, but I don't see that he has any for sale on eBay right now.  He is Kleenax on eBay, and he has a website called telephonecreations.com

I believe Oldphoneworks has Ray's covers for sale.

The connections are very easy

For a 202 with 4 wires in the desk set cord:

Red to terminal R on the 101A induction coil of the 302 subset.
Green to terminal GN on the 101A induction coil of the 302 subset
Yellow to terminal Y/L2 on the 101A induction coil of the 302 subset
Black to terminal GND on the terminal pad next to the 101A of the 302 subset

Black condenser wire to terminal GND also.  You will have two black wires on terminal GND
Red condenser wire to terminal C on the 101A induction coil
Yellow condenser wire to terminal Y/L2 on the 101A induction coil
Slate condenser wire to terminal K on the terminal pad next to the 101A

Red ringer wire to Terminal L1 on the 101A induction coil
Black ringer wire to Terminal K on the terminal pad next to the 101A

Red line cord wire to terminal L1 of the 101A induction coil
Green line cord wire to terminal Y/L2 of the 101A induction coil

That's it.

For the sidetone 102 with only three wires you would simply not connect the black desk set cord to GND, since there is no black wire to connect.

Ray had them on eBay a few weeks ago for $26. I snagged a couple at that price. OPW gets $40.

     Looks like the wiring info is all there for you. I made a note of it too, as I have been doing some of the same...

     As far as a cover goes...

     There are emails there to contact him, or utilize the PM feature here on the forum... he has always been helpful and friendly when I have pestered him. I plan on purchasing at least a few of his beautiful 302 covers, and I don't think they're strictly available on ePay, or OPW. I stand by for correction, if, in fact, I am mistaken.

     I am also in the 'field-test' stage of making an 'older-looking', wooden 302 subset housing...I have made several, for personal use / friends /family distribution, but not geared up, quite yet, to go public.

     Also been making 147x and 173x backboards... Robert, I haven't forgotten you; just been blinkin' cold in me motor garage for awhile :-) 5-7" snow on top of 1/8"+ freezing rain/ice today tonight.

Just a quick refresher here.
What material are Ray's cases made of, are they cast or injection molded ?
I'm sure it's been covered before, but I could find it.
