Looks like a 5302 to me.  302 footpads, the limited picture of the bottom shows the place where the ringer bracket is mounted and the back looks short.  Dial is probably a #6 with dots.

If it's a standard 500, $30 is too much, given the two refurb dates.  When you have refurb dates, the original date on the bottom becomes meaningless.  Much of the phone could very well date from the 1970s.  I'm guessing it's not a 5302, because it would be odd for a 5302 to be refurbed twice.  A 5302 would probably have been replaced instead of refurbed.
